  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Contact Us: To report any problems or concerns with your order, please fill out the Contact Us Form on our website. Provide detailed information about the issue, including your order number and a clear description or photographic evidence, if applicable. This will help us investigate the matter thoroughly and provide you with the best possible solution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
